A typical MSP keeps your current tools running. We do that too, then we look at how work moves through your business. If a job gets typed into three systems, we connect them or replace them with one. If you pay for five apps that overlap, we tell you which ones to drop.
We list every subscription you pay for and what each one does. Overlaps get cut and the rest get folded into fewer, better connected systems.

You don't have to rebuild anything to work with us. Many clients start with their current tools and move toward owning more of their systems over time. We recommend that move because it puts your data and your costs back under your control, but it is your call.

Your email, files and business software run on a private server or on hardware in your office, using software you own. No vendor can raise the price on it or lock you out of it.
What owning costs depends on the hardware.
With a private server there's no equipment to buy, so the savings can start soon after setup. On-site hardware is a real purchase and takes longer to earn back. Either way, the monthly bill after setup is lower than renting the same tools.
